How the Logic of "Friendzoning" Would Work If Applied in Other Instances:

  • *Man walks into a store and finds employee*
  • Man: Alright, I've had enough. Why haven't you guys hired me?!
  • Employee: Uh...well sir, when did you put in your application?
  • Man: I never filled out an application.
  • Employee: Well sir, we can't consider you for employment if you've never filled out an application.
  • Man: No, that's bullshit, because I've been coming here for years now, and every single time I tell you all how much I love this store and how much I appreciate your customer service, unlike some of your other customers might I add!
  • Employee: Well, but that doesn't-
  • Man: AND I even told you that I didn't have a job!
  • Employee: But sir, that doesn't indicate to us that you would like a job at our store. And again, if you've never filled out an application, we can't consider you. Besides, we're not hiring.
  • Man: OH! Not hiring, HA! What a laugh. I see your store go through seasonal workers all the time. They come and go like nothing, but you won't consider me as a part-time employee even though I KNOW you've been looking for workers to fill positions? That's insane!
  • Employee: Sir, we've been looking to hire a few people for management positions. Do you have any management experience?
  • Man: Well no, but what does that matter?
  • Employee: ...Well sir, that's what we're looking for. You won't be suitable for the position without management experience.
  • Man: Oh that's such a load of crap. You know, you'll be waiting around a long time for a manager if you don't lower your standards a little. Who cares if someone knows how to manage a store? I LOVE this store and I'm willing to work here, that's all that should matter to you.
  • Employee: That...doesn't make any sense.
  • Man: NO! I'm done. This is over. From now on, no more Mr. Nice Guy.
  • Employee:
  • Man:
  • Employee:
  • Man: Fuck you, slut.

Our goal is to create a fun, personalized and thoughtful gift basket for Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins and Mark Sheppard - the four lead actors of Supernatural’s landmark tenth season!
Each gift basket would contain customized stainless steel travel mugs commemorating the tenth season on one side, and with individualized artwork on the back, and bags of tea or coffee selected for each actor. They will each get a customized belt buckle designed for the occasion, a thank you card with drawn artwork of them and their character, and sugar cookies professionally decorated in Supernatural themes.
Just as importantly, each basket will also contain a professionally bound paperback book of positive messages from the fans—one for each actor, tailored with your notes to them. Drop us a line at spn10gift@gmail.com, whether you’re able to give to the project or not, to send your message of love and support to any or all of the guys. We’d love to include your thoughts!
The goal shown is for these custom products, their shipping from multiple vendors to a central location to prepare the baskets, the baskets and their filling and wrapping, and international shipping to Canada from the United States for each package.Because this is a fan-driven campaign, we want to be transparent on stages of the project: you can follow us on Twitter at @spn10gift to weigh in on designs, see the finished products, and even send your messages to the guys via tweet if it’s more convenient! If the donations exceed what these products take to purchase and ship, more gifts will be included such as t-shirts or hats, and we will be able to add more messages/pages in the books. As a stretch goal, we’d love to create a commemorative gift that could be a token of appreciation for all crewmembers. We will share options on Twitter in order to get feedback from you, the fans, prior to either. If we go beyond what’s reasonable to send due to shipping costs and timeframe, remaining funds would be donated on behalf of the fans of SPN to Misha Collins’ charity, Random Acts. Supernatural wouldn’t be where it is without the amazing acting talent of each of these men, and we believe that an inclusive campaign and a thoughtful gift basket tailored to each of them is a fantastic way to let the fandom show their support.Thank you so much for helping make this happen.
Please Donate, or email a message to spn10gift@gmail.com for one or all of the guys!

FYI: This project is ~also raising funds. They’ve raised $1200 of their $2000 goal in just a day. If you can help meet the rest of their goal, that would be incredible.

And just some extra information: In the past, certain other fan projects have excluded Misha from their Season 10 celebrations, including only Jensen/Jared/Mark.
This is one of the few projects celebrating ALL series regulars equally, and also wishing to extend the celebration to the crew if their funding goals are met.
Please signal boost. It’s worth it no matter who you support! :)

i will reblog this every time

I worked with a lady that came into work one day with no hair. No one mentioned it, no one talked about it. She was wearing a bandana so we all knew she was bald.

But I have ADD, and not so great control of my impulsiveness. Finally, near the end of the night I asked. “So… can I ask, what happened to your hairs?”

She smiled and hugged me. I was the only person with the cajones to ask. “My best friend is pregnant, already has a 4 yr old, and was diagnosed with cancer, and her boyfriend left her because it was too much. So I’ve been helping her out, being supportive. And I promised her if she started losing her hair I would shave my head too.”

“Last night she called me, crying because her hair was falling out in clumps. I told her I’d be there in 10 minutes. She shaved me first, then I her.”

It’s the most supportive thing she could think to do.

I just started crying.

I will always reblog this

Can we please stop making fun of people who are over 20 and are still virgins

Can we please stop making fun of people who are not interested in sex/are repulsed by sex

Can we please stop making fun of people who aren’t interested in a sexual or romantic relationship

Can we please stop making tv shows about virgins trying to lose their virginity like it’s a leech upon their life destroying all of their goals and opportunities?
